| We offer double rooms and studios for 2-3 persons next to the sea.
Two rooms are at ground level, the entrance is equipped with a permanent ramp for wheel-chairers to access their accommodation without assistance.
The house is located about 100m outside the village of Plakias on the way to 'Souda Beach'.

By foot it's only a few minutes to go to the centre while passing tavernas, shops and the tiny harbour of Plakias. |
Rooms have balcony with direct sea view stretching from Plakias and its bay to the island of Gavdos and beyond.
No matter while having a glass of wine at sunset or waking up by the sun's light in the morning, the sound of the sea will be with you, coming gently from the background. |

Every room is equipped with air conditioning as well as bath & shower en suite, fridge is available.
Studios are additionally equipped with a kitchenette, complete with pots, dishes and cutlery for three. |

Right opposite the entrance there's the beach, fortunately with only few sunbeds so there is enough space to move around freely. |
